Need a breather? Take an hour out of your day and learn about stress management. Effective Stress Management, WTD172,will be presented by Shanna Legleiter, director of Learning and Development, from 1:30-2:30 p.m.Wednesday, June 8,in 123 Leadership Studies Building.
Participants in this workshop will:
- Identify the sources of stress.
- Understand the types of stress.
- Recognize the symptoms of stress.
- Discuss stress management strategies.
