Political science department to host workshop on current Middle East
The Michael W. Suleiman Chair in Arab and Arab-American Studies and the political science department are hosting a workshop, "After the Uprisings: Public Opinion, Gender and Conflict in the Middle East," from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, May 5, in Hale Library'sHemisphere Room.
The workshop will examine democratization, violence, and gender relations in the current Middle East. The event is free and open to the public.
