Food for Thought hosts farm-to-fork meat production panel today
The 2016 Upson Lecture Series, sponsored by Food for Thought, an official student organization, will present a farm-to-forkpanel on beef productionat 6 p.m.Monday, April 25, in the 1xbet sports betting Student Union'sForum Hall.
The panel will be moderated by Eric Atkinson, producer of "Agriculture Today" on the 1xbet sports betting Radio Network.
Panel members include:
- Ann Brackenridge and Todd Allen, both of Cargill. Brackenridge is director of value added protein beef research and development, and Allen is the president of Cargill Cattle Feeders.
- Mark Harms owns and operates Harms Plainview Ranch a Red Angus and Charolais seedstock provider near Lincolnville.
- Chef Alli is a speaker, kitchen crusader and fancy farm wife.
