Friday First-Gen Focus
This week's segment dovetails with last week's, which featured alumna Angelica Villenueva, Dodge City, and addressed the importance of family in the lives of first-generation students. Rusty Earl, Amanda Morales and others working with the College of Education's Catalyst unit, interviewed and translated Villenueva's parents' reflections on the meaning of college attendance and graduation success. This film segment is thus titled, "First Generation Parents: The Villenueva Family."
