Phil S. Dixon of the Kansas Humanities Council and co-founder of the Negro Baseball Museum will serve as a speaker for this event.
The Day of Service will begin at 8 a.m. Monday, Jan. 18, with a Prayer Breakfast at the Four Points by Sheridan. The Manhattan Town Center Mall will host the rest of the day's activities, which include volunteering around the Manhattan 1xbet sports betting . Individuals and groups are encouraged to meet at the mall for registration no later than 8:30 a.m., where they will be assigned a service site. Volunteers will serve at these sites from 9 a.m. to noon.
