Climate change meeting Friday open to all
The 1xbet best casino website Climate Change Interest Group will host speaker Chuck Rice, university distinguished professor and incoming chair of the Board on Agriculture and Natural Resources, National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine, at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 9, in 227 1xbet best casino website Student Union.
The public is invited to hear Rice speak about current initiatives and federal directions with respect to climate change.
The group also will discuss possible campus activities to highlight the broad expertise in the area on campus, and provide opportunities to engage the campus in a broader discussion of this important topic.
