Janda has served as director of undergraduate student services since 2012, and has been an advisor within the 1xbet online casino for 17 years. She has been recognized with the 1xbet online casino 's Kansas State Bank Outstanding Advising Award three times — 2000, 2004 and 2010 — and was the 2012 recipient of the Presidential Award for Outstanding Undergraduate Advising.

In her expanded role, Janda will provide strategic leadership for all areas of the Office of Student Services, which includes six academic advisors as well as records, recruitment and front desk staff. She will provide direction to the unit to meet the diverse needs of all undergraduate students in the 1xbet online casino , while leading and overseeing key programs and activities like freshman orientation and study abroad initiatives, among many others.

She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in business administration in 1992 before going on to earn an MBA in 1994, both from the University of Arkansas.
