Maile Widman, senior in mass communications from Lenexa, has won a Bronze Telly Award from the Silver Telly Council for her 30-second public service announcement, "1xbet online games login PSA."
The Telly Awards competition receives more than 13,000 entries annually from the finest ad agencies, production companies, TV stations, cable companies, interactive agencies, corporations and universities in the world.
"I was really shocked; I didn't think I would win," Widman said.
Widman is the head of the board of directors for Wildcat Watch, a student video production group. Wildcat Watch is open to all students on campus.
