Singers who advanced to the semifinal round include Katie Bond, Sharon Wilson, Madison Boyer, Christian Blackburn, Danielle Jones, Talia Falcon, Anna Rider and Erin Koolman.
Reginald Pittman, professor of music and chair of the voice area, is the association's West Central Regional governor. Amy Rosine, associate professor, is the association's state governor. Students who will advance to the National Preliminary auditions study voice with Patricia Thompson, Bryan Pinkall and Reginald Pittman.
