Sajid Alavi, associate professor of grain science and industry, will present the next Vernon Larson 1xbet online games login Lecture at 12:15 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6. The luncheon portion of the event begins at 11:45 a.m.
Alavi's lecture is titled "Food Security and Value Addition: 1xbet online games login Experiences."

Alavi received his doctorate in food science with specialization in food engineering from Cornell University in 2002. He has a master of science degree in agricultural and biological engineering from Penn State University and bachelor of science degree in agricultural engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology. He has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed research articles and book chapters. He is a member of the AACC 1xbet online games login , the premier professional association of cereal scientists and processors worldwide; Institute of Food Technologists; and American Institute of Chemical Engineering.
