National Science Foundation director to speak Friday about 1xbet online sports betting Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation program
James Hicks, National Science Foundation Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation senior program director, will be visiting 1xbet online sports betting State University at 10 a.m. Friday, March 14.
Hicks received his bachelor’s degree in biology from Tougaloo College, earned his doctorate in botany at the 1xbet online sports betting of Illinois, Urbana and received postdoctoral training at the Missouri Botanical Garden in St. Louis.
Prior to becoming the 1xbet online sports betting director in 1997, Hicks served as chairman and professor of biology from 1977-1988, and later dean of the College of Arts and Sciences from 1988-1997 at North Carolina A&T. It is named in honor of Louis Stokes, a longtime African-American congressman from Ohio. The programs partially accomplish their goals by helping to create alliances amongst multiple institutions.
Hicks will be on campus to participate in the initial meeting to introduce the newly funded 1xbet online sports betting Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation program. The 1xbet online sports betting alliance members include 1xbet online sports betting State University as the lead institution as well as Dodge City Community College, Garden City Community College and Seward County Community College/Area Technical School, all in southwest 1xbet online sports betting , and Donnelly College, a minority-serving private institution in 1xbet online sports betting City, Kan. The .5 million grant aims to increase student’s success inscience, technology, engineering and math fields by implementing various initiatives at each partner institution.
