Wildcat Fitness is changing lives at 1xbet sports betting and in Manhattan

Submitted by Kyle Hierholzer

Are you not sure if a fitness program can really make a difference in your life? That's a common thought, and often an excuse not to do anything. However, over the last several months Wildcat Fitness has made an impact at 1xbet sports betting and in Manhattan community. See what some the campers have to say about their experiences.

Sandy Lumb works in the office of the registrar and had these thoughts about camp:

"This camp has changed my life," Lumb said. "I am a person who sits in front of a computer 40 hours a week, sometimes not moving for breaks or just to another room for lunch. I'd lost my flexibility and my back and my joints hurt from sitting too much. This exercise plan has not only released 'feel good' endorphins, but also brought back my flexibility. I've also learned some key moves to maintain what I've gained."

Sonya Baker is an academic coordinator for the College of Arts and Sciences and has attended the first two camps.

"It finally all came together for me after my first training session with the Wildcat 1xbet sports betting team of coaches Kyle, Ryann and Jeff. Did I think I could do it? Not really. Did I do it? That and so much more. No yelling, no screaming, just hard work, a group of caring people and unbelievable results. I'll be back for my third camp with my new recruits."

Teri Barton works at the Manhattan Public Library and said, "Wildcat 1xbet sports betting is the best 1xbet sports betting class I have ever taken. It is an all around workout that is fun. I haven't been in this good of shape in over 15 years and I owe it all to Wildcat 1xbet sports betting for bringing out the youth in me."

Wildcat 1xbet sports betting will start Fall Back to 1xbet sports betting on Tuesday, Oct. 29, in Ahearn Field House.
