Submitted by Architectural Engineering and 1xbet sports betting Science

Katie Loughmiller, Kansas State University assistant professor of architectural engineering and 1xbet sports betting science, has been named a recipient of the 2016 Associated Schools of 1xbet sports betting Excellence in Teaching Award.

The recognition is presented annually at the association's annual international conference to untenured or tenure-track faculty chosen from regional teaching award recipients, for which Loughmiller was recognized last fall. The Excellence in Teaching Award recognizes faculty members' demonstrated service or potential to the Associated Schools of 1xbet sports betting beyond that of their respective region activities. This would include annual conference attendance, organizational and/or management committee service, editor for one of its publications, member or reviewer of an editorial board, contribution to 1xbet sports betting education, excellence in teaching, service to the association and dedication to the 1xbet sports betting profession.

"Katie is an amazing educator with a tremendous work ethic. She is well respected by both her colleagues and her students, and is most deserving of this recognition," said Ray Buyle, associate professor and interim department head of architectural engineering and 1xbet sports betting science.

"As a department with undergraduate education as our primary focus, it's especially meaningful to have our excellent faculty recognized by a well-respected professional organization such as the Associated Schools of 1xbet sports betting ," Buyle said.

Loughmiller's areas of expertise are 1xbet sports betting scheduling, 1xbet sports betting cost control and finance, and women in the 1xbet sports betting industry. Her current teaching assignments include 1xbet sports betting scheduling and cost control, and graphic communications I and II. Her memberships in professional organizations include the National Association of Women in 1xbet sports betting and the American Concrete Institute.

Loughmiller holds a bachelor's degree in 1xbet sports betting science and management from Kansas State University and a master's degree in 1xbet sports betting management from North Dakota State University.
