JMC faculty member selected to work with United States International University-Africa
Nancy Muturi, professor inK-State's A.Q. Miller School of Journalism and Mass Communications, was awarded a fellowship by the Carnegie African Diaspora Fellowship Program to travel to Kenya to work with the United States International University-Africaand Dorothy Njoroge on 1xbet best casino website , curriculum development and graduate training.
Muturi will contribute to curriculum development in a newly developed master's in journalism program at USIU-A. She will work with Njoroge to supervise staff, organize and conduct graduate seminars, and advise thesis writing for students. Muturi, who was born and educated in Kenya, has continued to conduct research in her homeland on various health issues that impact the country including HIV/AIDS and alcohol abuse. She currently heads the public relations sequence and has served as the graduate program director for several years at the A.Q. Miller School of Journalism and Mass Communications.
