Hughey named recipient of international academic 1xbet online sports betting award

Ken Hughey, professor and chair of the department of special education, counseling and student affairs, will be presented this fall with the Virginia N. Gordon Award for Excellence in the Field of 1xbet online sports betting at the annual conference of National Academic 1xbet online sports betting Association: The Global Community for Academic 1xbet online sports betting . The winner of this prestigious award must demonstrate impact at the national and/or international level through research, publications and presentations, leadership and commitment to academic 1xbet online sports betting over an extended period of time.
Charlie Nutt,National Academic 1xbet online sports betting Association, or NACADA, executive director, points to Hughey's leadership and influence on the college's master's degree program in academic 1xbet online sports betting as the key reason he was selected for the award.
"Dr. Virginia Gordon was a charter member of NACADA and one of the first presidents of the association, Nutt said. Hughey was humbled by the recognition.

Hughey joined K-State in 1990 and was named department chair in 2008. He earned his bachelor's and master's degrees at Southeast Missouri State University, and his doctorate from the University of Missouri, Columbia.
