Kevin Sauer was elected to the Commission on Dietetic Registration. The commission is the credentialing agency for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and administers seven nutrition certification programs.
Sauer is an assistant professor in the hospitality management and dietetics department in the College of Human Ecology.
