In 2016, K-State's Writers' Room was tasked with creating a Holiday Senior Showcase as a one-night only performance for the theatre department. The plan was to create scenes informed by various holiday songs. The result proved a hilarious adult evening of SNL type comedy sketches written by six of the members and performed by ten seniors.
