UNIVERSITY'S HONORARY 1xbet online games login OF THE YEAR FROM CHAPMAN

MANHATTAN -- Four generations and more than eight decades of involvement with Kansas State University have earned the Andy J. Schuler Jr. 1xbet online games login , Chapman, the honor of being K-State's 2010 1xbet online games login of the Year.

The Schuler 1xbet online games login will be recognized Saturday, Sept. 25, at the K-State football game against the University of Central Florida, and at a special brunch as part of the university's 1xbet online games login Day activities. "We Schuler 1xbet online games login members didn't just attend K-State: we were actively involved along the way."

Between them the Schuler 1xbet online games login holds 21 degrees from five of K-State's colleges. They were members of Phi Delta Theta, Alpha Delta Pi, Kappa Delta, Tau Kappa Epsilon, Phi Kappa Theta, Chi Omega and Triangle. Schulers have lived in Ford, West, Goodnow, Marlatt, Moore, Haymaker and Van Zile halls.

Members of the Schuler 1xbet online games login were elected to serve as student senators, class officers and SGA executive committee members, according to the nomination application. They marched with the Pride of Wildcat Land, helped paint K-Hill, played on the K-State soccer club and various intramural teams, served K-State ice cream at Call Hall, participated in the Union Program Council, served as Block and Bridle Queen, wrote articles and columns for the Collegian and Royal Purple, participated in numerous judging teams, and worked on basic cancer research. They were members of countless departmental and college organizations, where they held numerous leadership roles.

The Schulers’ involvement with K-State started in the early 20th century, when A.J. Schuler's Fairview Angus Farm loaned steers to Kansas State Agriculture College. He was selected by K-State Block and Bridle as outstanding stockman of the year, and his portrait still hangs in the student lounge in Weber Hall.

A.J.'s son, Andrew Schuler Jr., attended K-State for one semester before being called home to work the farm during World War II. Andrew and his wife Rosie raised nine children, including their niece. All nine graduated from K-State.

"Most important, K-State is the place where many of us met our spouses and formed friendships that will last our lifetimes," a 1xbet online games login member said.
