Media advisory: Groundbreaking for College of 1xbet sports betting facility expansion set for Oct. 25

MANHATTAN -- Media are invited to attend the Friday, Oct. 25, groundbreaking for the Kansas State University College of 1xbet sports betting facility expansion.
Kansas State University administrators, faculty, staff, students, alumni and state officials will attend. The groundbreaking begins at 1:30 p.m. in the atrium between Rathbone and Fiedler halls. Gary Clark, interim dean of the College of 1xbet sports betting , and David Fritchen, College of 1xbet sports betting project coordinator and professor of architectural 1xbet sports betting and construction science, will be available for interviews after the event.
The expansion project will add 107,000 square feet of instructional, research and office space to the current 1xbet sports betting complex, which includes Rathbone, Durland and Fiedler halls. It will open in fall 2015 and enhance the educational experience for the college's more than 3,500 students and 300 faculty and staff. The new facility will be at the corner of College Heights Road and Denison Avenue, across from Ahearn Field House.
The new building will include classrooms; teaching and research laboratories; an auditorium; faculty and administrative offices; and student gathering areas. Rathbone Hall will be remodeled so that the front doors open to a reception center, a 250-seat auditorium and a conference room.
