SALINA -- A Kansas State University Salina 1xbet sports betting Team comprised mostly of first-time competitors brought home six Top 20 finishes at the National Intercollegiate Flying Association's National Safety And 1xbet sports betting Evaluation Conference, or SAFECON, and competition, May 6-11 at Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio.

This was a great learning experience for them and they already are planning their training for regionals in the fall."

The competition consists of 13 events, with members of the K-State Salina team placing in the Top 20 in five events: Ground Trainer, IFR Simulated 1xbet sports betting , Message Drop, Preflight and Power-off Landing.

Here's a look at what the events required:

* During the Aircraft Preflight Inspection, an airplane is "bugged" with at least 30 discrepancies and contestants are given 15 minutes to perform a preflight inspection to locate them all.

* In the Ground Trainer event, contestants fly a complex pattern of climbs, descents and turns on a flight simulator. Scores are determined by the 1xbet sports betting 's accuracy.
