'SUN'SATIONAL WIN: SOLAR HOUSE PROJECT EARNS INTERIOR 1xbet online games login TEAM HONORS

MANHATTAN -- A passive solar house project designed by a team of Kansas State University interior 1xbet online games login students is the winner of the Outstanding Student Achievement Award in the student division competition at the fourth annual Mid-America 1xbet online games login Awards, sponsored by the International Interior 1xbet online games login Association's Mid-America chapter.

Team members, all seniors in interior 1xbet online games login , include Stacy Davis, De Soto; Amy Boesen, Sedgwick; and Rachel Ellerbe, Ellisville, Mo. Their project was completed for Interior 1xbet online games login Studio 7 in fall 2010, which was taught by Hyung Chan Kim, assistant professor of apparel, textiles and interior 1xbet online games login .

In announcing the honor at the competition May 6, juror Beth Harmon-Vaughn, managing director at Gensler Phoenix in Arizona, said the K-State team had shown a well thought-out 1xbet online games login process, great use of material, color and overall solution.

Thirteen student teams took part in the competition at the Nerman Museum of Contemporary Art at Johnson County Community College in Overland Park.
