College of Engineering Hall of Fame gains two new members

MANHATTAN — The Kansas State 1xbet online casino College of Engineering Hall of Fame will induct two new members on March 29.
Induction to the hall is the highest honor bestowed on its alumni by the college. The honorees will be recognized for their professional success and accomplishment, involvement with and support of the College of Engineering, dedication to Kansas State 1xbet online casino , and professional and public service.
The honorees are:
• Alan Levin, Tucson, Ariz., 1969 graduate of Kansas State 1xbet online casino in mechanical engineering. He is the owner of Cushing Business Center, Century Park Research Center, Tucson Frozen Storage and Levin & Sons Construction Co. In 2001, he founded Port of Tucson LLC, an intermodal and logistics center assisting businesses with access to rail and intermodal container transportation options for industrial product customers throughout southern Arizona and northern Mexico. In 2014, Port of Tucson expanded to approximately 52,000 feet of railroad infrastructure. Before starting his own general contracting business in 1981, Levin was a project manager for E.M. Systems, a mining equipment systems design and manufacturing company, as well as a project manager and engineer for the Anamax Mining Co. Uranium Recovery Plant. He served in the U.S. Air Force as a Titian II missile combat crew commander from 1969-1972. Levin serves on the board of the Arizona Cancer Center, and is active in and financially supports many local charities such as Child and Family Resources, Boys & Girls Clubs, Pima County 4-H, Christian Family Care, Tucson Girls Chorus, Arizona Cancer Center, YMCA and El Rio. He is a licensed pilot and enjoys prospecting and mining.
•Lt. Gen. Robert L. Caslen Jr., West Point, N.Y., 1989 graduate of Kansas State 1xbet online casino with a master's degree in industrial engineering. He is also a 1975 graduate of the U.S. Military Academy and holds a Master of Science from Long Island 1xbet online casino . Caslen became the 59th superintendent of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point in 2013. Previous to this assignment, he served as chief of the Office of Security Cooperation-Iraq.
