GETTING DOWN TO BUSINESS: STUDENTS TO MEET WITH WARREN BUFFETT

MANHATTAN -- When it comes to finding out what it takes to succeed in business, Kansas State University students are getting the chance to learn from one of the best: Warren Buffett.

Several members of K-State's Student 1xbet sports betting Association will meet with the billionaire investor Friday, April 1, in Omaha, Neb.

The day starts with a tour of the Nebraska Furniture Mart led by a top executive of the company. The business is a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, the conglomerate holding company of which Buffett is CEO and chairman. Students then will have a two-hour Q-and-A session with the business magnate, who also will treat them to a lunch of steaks and root beer floats. The day will wrap up with a Q-and-A tour of Borsheim's Fine Jewelry, another Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary, with CEO Susan Jacques.
