MANHATTAN -- In recognition of Earth Day, middle school-age girls from across Kansas will have the opportunity to explore such topics as wind energy, recycled concrete and use of plants to clean up pollution by participating in "GROWing Green" Saturday, April 10, on the Kansas State University campus.

The full-day event will offer hands-on exploration of solutions created by scientists and engineers to help protect the environment. 1xbet sports betting graduate and undergraduate students from related fields will be in charge of the activities that will allow the girls to play the role of scientist or engineer while exploring how to design and create products and research that will benefit planet Earth.
