Kendall holds both a bachelor's and master's degree in business administration from K-State. In addition, he was the college's 2007 Alumni Fellow, has received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Northern Colorado Business Report, is a member of the Colorado State University Everitt Real Estate Center Hall of Fame, and was recognized as Business Leader of the Year by the Fort Collins Coloradoan newspaper.
