BOOKS AT THE BEACH SESSIONS TO BE MARCH 26 AT K-STATE'S BEACH 1xbet best casino website OF ART

MANHATTAN -- The Books at the Beach book club sessions for March at Kansas State University's Marianna Kistler Beach 1xbet best casino website of Art will feature Arturo Perez-Reverte's novel "The Painter of Battles." The selection was inspired by the 1xbet best casino website 's "The American Soldier" exhibition, on display through May 31.

The main character in the novel, Andres Flaques, is an award-winning war photographer who tries to purge his memories of the war by living in a stone tower on the Spanish coast and painting a battle scene mural.

Kathrine Schlageck, senior educator at the Beach 1xbet best casino website of Art, will show the pieces of art that are referenced in the book. "We will look at the art and discuss how the mural might look," she said.

Desserts and coffee will be served at both sessions; participants are welcome to bring their own lunch to the 11:30 a.m. session.
