NONTRADITIONAL STUDENTS EARN SPOT IN PINNACLE HONOR SOCIETY FOR ACADEMIC, LEADERSHIP SUCCESS

MANHATTAN -- Kansas State University's chapter of Pinnacle Honor Society, a nontraditional student honor society, has 50 new members.

Induction ceremonies were part of the recent K-State Division of Continuing Education honors and awards reception.

"This honor society is a welcomed recognition of my achievements at an academic level,” said Levi Van Pelt, 1xbet online sports betting in agronomy and agricultural technology management, Manhattan. "I sincerely appreciate that this program recognizes life outside of college activities and classes."

To be eligible to join K-State's chapter of Pinnacle, students must have achieved a GPA of 3.0 or higher, be of at least junior standing and have demonstrated leadership, persistence and future promise.

"I feel so honored to be recognized for my hard work and dedication to obtaining my college degree. I'm so excited that the Pinnacle Honor Society honors nontraditional students for their achievements, and I feel proud to be a part of this society," said Ginger Gudenkauf, 1xbet online sports betting in elementary education, Centralia.

Pinnacle Honor Society has chapters in almost every state and more than 10,000 members -- all excellent students who successfully faced the special challenges of being a nontraditional student in higher education.
