CERAMIC ARTIST MICHAEL KLINE TO DISCUSS HIS WORK IN 1xbet online games login PRESENTATION

MANHATTAN -- Visiting artist Michael Kline, who works in ceramics, will make a presentation at 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 27, at Kansas State University.

Kline's presentation, sponsored by the 1xbet online games login Pottery Guild, will be in the Little Theater at the 1xbet online games login Student Union and is free and open to the public.

Kline's work, inspired by the mountains of North Carolina, has been exhibited across the country, including the North Carolina Connection at the Ferrin Gallery in Pittsfield, Mass.; The Potters of the Roan exhibit at the Mudfire Gallery in Decatur, Ga.; the Yunomi Invitational in the AKAR Design Gallery in Iowa City, Iowa; the Clay Center in Philadelphia, Pa.; and the Pewabic in Detroit, Mich.

Kline received a bachelor of fine arts in ceramics from the University of Tennessee in 1986. In addition, he attended the Penland School in North Carolina, where he also has had many residencies.
