Economics Club hosting discussion on trade restrictions in the COVID-19 era
TheEconomics Club, a registered departmental student organization, will hostBryan Riley, director of the National Taxpayer's Union Free Trade Initiative, on Tuesday, March 2, in this Zoom Room.
The subject ofRiley's talk will be "A Case Against Trade Restrictions in the Era of COVID-19."
Rileyhas been quoted in publications, including The Washington Post, The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal. He is also an in-demand speaker who travels the country explaining the benefits international trade and investment bring to Americans.
Rileygrew up in Manhattan. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Kansas State 1xbet sports betting and a master's degree in economics from the 1xbet sports betting of Southern California.
