Myron proposed memoranda of cooperative understanding between the KSUARC and RACES, the Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Service, as well as between the KSUARC and ARES, the Amateur Radio Emergency Service, for use of the club repeaters for training purposes and/or in case of a disaster affecting this area. A motion was made and seconded to agree to and sign the two memoranda. Motion passed.
