Objectives

Methodology

The university will seek a collaborative partner to support the work outlined below. A request for proposals to secure a vendor launched in August.

Steering committees comprised of stakeholders across the university will be formed, with opportunities for larger university input available. The steering committees will assist our collaborative partner in the following:

This project is multi-faceted and is expected to span 18 to 24 months.

The collaborative partner chosen by the university will engage frequently with stakeholders, the executive leadership team and the steering committees to ensure that direction and outcomes align with the project’s objectives.
