General Overview

Accessible Information Management (AIM) is used for faculty to view registered students' accommodations, manage Alternative 1xbet online casino and Flex Plans, and upload exams and course syllabi.

*The term “exam” or “exams” herein refer to all assessments such as exams, tests, quizzes, midterms, and finals be it online or on paper.

An Alternative 1xbet online casino Agreement should be completed for any courses in which the exams are to be administered/proctored by the SAC 1xbet online casino Center. The SAC 1xbet online casino Center does not proctor exams when:
-Exams are proctored in the department providing accommodations.
-Course has take-home exams.
-Exams are not proctored (e.g. take-home exam available all day).
If your course utilizes a QUIZ (Q) section, complete the Alternative 1xbet online casino Agreement for the QUIZ section rather than the lecture or lab section. Contact us if an exception needs to be made.

Alternative 1xbet online casino Agreement on AIM

Follow these steps to complete an alternative 1xbet online casino agreement.

  1. Login to AIM with your K-State eID and password and click "Continue to View Student Accommodations."
  2. Click “Alternative 1xbet online casino ” on the left navigation menu, then click “Alternative 1xbet online casino Agreement” near the top right.
  3. Scroll down to the course. Next to Status, click “Specify Alternative 1xbet online casino Agreement.”
  4. From here you can indicate how exams are managed (proctored) and can complete an agreement if applicable.
  5. When inputting exam dates, please select the correct type (online, quiz, etc.) and include any special instructions for that specific date. Make sure to click “SAVE EXAM DATE” when finished.

Only one Alternative 1xbet online casino Agreement is needed per course (CRN) per semester regardless of the number of students.
Please complete the agreement thoroughly, noting any exceptions or special exam parameters.
Include all exam dates (quizzes, midterms, finals) for the semester. Dates can be added and/or modified later. Specific instructions can also be provided for each exam date as well.

Uploading exams on AIM

  1. Login to AIM with your K-State eID and password and click "Continue to View Student Accommodations."
  2. Click "Alternative 1xbet online casino " on the left navigation menu.
  3. In the UPCOMING EXAMS SCHEDULED section, input a File Title and click “Choose File” to select the file in a standard, compatible type (.pdf, .docx, .jpg, etc.).
  4. Down the page, select the exam(s) for which the file applies. You can view the students, dates, and times.
  5. Click “UPLOAD FILE."
  6. You will receive a confirmation email from AIM if the file has been successfully uploaded.

If you are unable to upload the exam file(s) on the AIM Portal, you may email us the exam as an attachment to tst@k-state.edu.

If you have not uploaded the exam two days prior to the exam date, you should receive an email reminder from the AIM system with an upload link. Please use this direct link to upload the exam in a standard, compatible file type (.pdf, .docx, .jpg, etc.).

Online Exams

If there is a password or passwords for an online exam, you can:

  1. Include the password on the “LIST OF EXAM INSTRUCTION QUESTIONS” on AIM for each exam.
  2. Type the password on a Word document and upload as an exam.
  3. Email the password to tst@k-state.edu.

Please check the following for online exams for each student:

  1. The online exam will be open at the time scheduled with the 1xbet online casino Center.
  2. Extend the time limit if extra time is an accommodation.
  3. The online exam is available for the entirety of the exam time.
  • SAC computers do not have Respondus LockDown or TopHat. If the online exam requires LockDown or TopHat, the students must bring their own laptop with the program installed.
